Construction Updates:
January 26, 2017 – Please note that the construction of the Esplanade hoarding (over the sidewalk) is scheduled to commence this Thursday January 26.
December 1, 2016 to February 15, 2017 – Demolition of 127 to 131 West Esplanade including hazardous material abatement. It is not anticipated that traffic will be impacted by the work.
Tuesday March 14th – Site Servicing crews mobilze and commence utility locates
Monday March 20th – Work commencement on Rogers Avenue. The Rogers Avenue works is expected to take 6 to 7 working days.
Week of March 27th – Carrie Cates Court – work expected to take approx. 9 working days
Week of April 3rd – Mews Lane (backing onto businesses) – work is expected to take 6 to 7 working days
May 22nd – On May 22nd we will commence on-site bulk excavation, which should take approximately 3 to 4 months. The excavation work will be contained within our property and trucks will be loaded on-site.
September 14th – We will be pouring concrete on Friday, September 15th, 2017. There will be one way alternating traffic on Rogers Lane this day.
September 21st – We would like to notify you of a crane erection happening on the 100 block of Esplanade Avenue this Friday, September 22nd. There will be one way traffic each way eastbound and westbound on Esplanade from 7:00am until 8:00pm.
September 25th – We would like to notify you of a lane closure happening this Wednesday, September 27th. There will be one lane closed eastbound on Esplanade for a concrete pour happening from 12:00-5:00pm.
October 4th – The north bound lane of Rogers Avenue will be closed between Wednesday, October 4th until Tuesday, October 31st.
October 5th – A concrete pour happening this Friday, October 6th from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The north bound lane of Rogers Avenue will remain closed to traffic to accommodate trucks.
October 27th – We would like to notify you that the north bound lane on Rogers Avenue will be closed on Friday, November 3rd from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
November 21st – We would like to notify you that the south bound lane on Rogers Avenue will be closed on Friday, November 24th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Access to ICBC will be via Carrie Cates Court. Flaggers will be on site to assist vehicles.
