He has been managing real estate sales and marketing professionals in the Lower Mainland for over 25 years, and has been associated with Polygon since 1993. Ralph holds a BA in Business Administration from Trinity Western University. Born and raised in Ladner, he currently resides in his hometown with his wife and two daughters. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Currently, Ralph is volunteering with several community organizations.

Peter oversees the construction of Polygon communities throughout the Lower Mainland, joining Polygon in 1999. Attending BCIT and the University of British Columbia, Peter has over 18 years of experience in construction management. He has served on the board of the CHBA-BC and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association as both a Director and Chairman and is a past Board member of the Gordon and Marion Smith Foundation for Young Artists. A native of the North Shore, Peter is married with two teenage children, and is an avid cyclist and skier.

A native of the North Shore, Peter is married with two teenage children, and is an avid cyclist and skier.
